Wakayama City Museum

Wakayama City Museum is a historical museum that collects and exhibits the history and cultural heritage of the Wakayama region. It opened in 1985, the 400th anniversary of Wakayama Castle's construction in 1585. The museum aims to help citizens deepen their understanding of local history and cultural heritage, and to contribute to educational and cultural development.
