This ramen was created in collaboration with Marushin Honke, a long-established restaurant that has been in operation since 1881 in Yuasa-cho, Wakayama Prefecture, the birthplace of soy sauce. This ramen perfectly expresses the original flavor of soy sauce. Contrary to its rich appearance, the taste is rich and gentle. This cup has a subtle sweetness that brings out the flavor.
